“How Do I Decide What Textures to Use?”

A question that I am often asked is, “HOW do you decide which texture or textures to use on your image? What is your thought process and where does one begin?” I’m going to do some “live” edits and show you my process. I will not choose textures ahead of time, just the images I’ll be using! You’ll see exactly how I decide on textures to try, then if I’ll keep them or trash them! This will be fun!!

Due to the fact that I won’t have the textures pre-selected, the notes for this webinar will be available a day or two AFTER the webinar!

Two sets of Background Papers – perfect for portrait backgrounds of people or pets, or as overlays on your images. Subtle textures are great to combine to create your own looks (and don’t forget, you can change a texture to B&W to get the texture without the color!). The browns and golden yellows are also super to change the mood and tone of your image to a vintage look.

And I have a new set of “Grunge Brush Strokes”. Add a touch of grunge anywhere you like on your image! Great for edges as well as light brushstrokes over areas of your photos. Keep it light or pour on the grunge!

And there is a new set of Borders – set comes with Brushes as well as PNG and JPG files (instructions included too). Add some drama to your images with a border – from subtle to dramatic. These are borders only, no grunge or anything else in the centers.

All of the new sets are regular $15.

LUMINAR – SALE ENDS TOMORROW

Luminar Neo has announced the fifth Extension – Focus Stacking (releasing in November)! This in addition to UpscaleAI and AI Background Removal, also being released in November.

Luminar Neo also announced recently that they were adding a “subscription” pricing model (in additional to being able to still purchased outright). In this case, I think the subscription is the best deal as it will include ALL extensions released during your 1 year subscription. If you already own Luminar NEO, you can get the first year for just $69! If you purchased the Extentions separately – and it only includes the 7 releasing in 2022 – they are priced at $179!

Sale ends at 10 am ET on 9/29/22

NEW PRODUCT…RADIANT PHOTO

From the folks who created Perfectly Clear, an all-new AI-powered imaging program – RADIANT PHOTO!

The program was just released last week. It gives you “superior quality finished photos with perfect color rendition, delivered to you in record time. Your photos – simply RADIANT. The way they are meant to be.”

You can use Radiant Photo as a stand-alone application, or as a plug-in for Photoshop, Lightroom Classic or Corel Paintshop Pro. You can use on up to two computers for macOS or Windows.

Radiant is offering a special release price, but they do not want to have “specials” all the time as many products do. They’re offering a great product at one great price (no subscriptions!).

Launch Special Pricing $129.00 (reg. $159)

Barns & Back Roads Workshops

My two scheduled late October sessions are full.
However, other dates are available for a group of 2 or 3…

contact me for info!
Also booking Spring & Fall 2023!

We begin the first day with a complimentary welcome dinner to get to know each other and plan the next three days! Car pooling is mandatory on this workshop (you’ll ride with me) as many areas have little parking. We’ve gotten to know many property owners and we’ll be able to access those properties up close.

Optional add-on: We have two guest rooms (one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds) so you can stay with us. There are two hotels within five miles of the house as well.

Come enjoy our beautiful corner of Tennessee!
