We’ve had so much interest in this trip that we’re doing a 2nd Workshop immediately following the first! See below for all the details!!!

IS ROUTE 66 ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?

Join Dave & I for a ROAD TRIP!!

Workshop #1 – JUST TWO SPOTS LEFT!

Begins in St. Louis, MO – we will cross in to Illinois and travel to Barstow, California, covering all 8 states that Route 66 traverses! 

You will need to arrive in St. Louis, MO on Friday afternoon, Nov. 3, 2023. The workshop will begin with a complimentary dinner on Friday night. We will be staying at the Comfort Inn St. Louis-Airport, so if you are flying to St. Louis, the hotel has a shuttle to pick you up. 

We will have a 12-passenger van that we will all be traveling in together. 
We’ll head out on Saturday morning and cross into Illinois (so we hit all 8 states that Route 66 traverses).
Workshop ends at dinner on Friday, Nov. 10^th in Barstow, CA. 

If you are flying home, we will take you to the Las Vegas airport on Saturday morning Nov. 11^th  
(NOTE: please do not schedule flights until late morning or afternoon as it is a 2-1/2 hour drive to the airport!!) 

Workshop #2 – JUST ONE SPOT LEFT!

Begins in Barstow, CA and ends in St. Louis, MO.

You will need to arrive in Barstow, CA on Sunday afternoon, Nov. 12, 2023. The workshop will begin with a complimentary dinner on Sunday night. If you are flying in, we will pick you up at the Las Vegas Airport (must arrive by mid-afternoon as it’s 2-1/2 hours to Barstow).

The workshop will end Sunday, Nov. 19^th with dinner in St. Louis, MO.

If you are flying home, the hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the airport on Monday, Nov. 20th for travel home.

INCLUDED IN THE WORKSHOP FEE: 

• Welcome dinner first night 
• Transportation throughout the workshop in a 12-passenger van 
• All hotel accommodations during the workshop 
• A couple more meals (still working that out) 
• Route 66 Guidebook and other goodies 
• Water and snacks while on the road 
• Entry fees to any museums or parks we visit (if you have a National Park Pass, please bring it along)

IS ROUTE 66 ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?

After our great road trip to Arizona and stopping at some of the cool places along Route 66 after we got through Oklahoma City, Dave & I decided we needed to do a Route 66 Workshop!!

It’s still in the planning stages, but we’re looking at renting a 12 passenger van – with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 8 workshop attendees plus Dave and me – so we’ll have room for luggage and gear. We’ll meet up in St. Louis and follow Route 66 to Needles, CA. The workshop will include travel in the van, all accommodations throughout the workshop, a complimentary welcome dinner, and admission to any museums/attractions.

You’ll just need to cover other meals and travel to St. Louis and home from Las Vegas, NV (we’ll take everyone to the airport the day after the workshop ends).

This workshop will be limited to 8 attendees – and we’ll need 6 to make it work! We’re looking at Nov. 3-10 for the workshop, with travel home on the 11th.
